A new luxury condo building in Manhattan wants to make life easier for its residents. The West, located at 547 West 47th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, offers fully-furnished, turn-key residences with curated vintage and designer furniture and accessories. The 12-story building has a selection of different residence packages to fit any personal style, providing a seamless and stress-free move-in-ready opportunity. Closings have commenced at the property, which stretches a block between 10th and 11th Avenues. The remaining availabilities at The West are priced from $765,000 for a studio.
Developed by CBSK Ironstate, a partnership of CB Developers, SK Development and Ironstate Development, The West contains 219 studio to two+ bedroom apartments. In partnership with Ismael Leyva Architects, Dutch-based Concrete designed the condo, the firm’s first residential project in New York.
The design of the building mixes old and new, reflecting the industrial heritage of Hell’s Kitchen while also embracing the modern neighborhood it is today. The facade on the lower level is made of hand-laid brick and large warehouse-style windows, while the upper portion’s exterior boasts a glass and polished steel curtain wall.

Apartment interiors feature natural oak flooring, oversized windows, and marble countertops. Select residences have been furnished by premier firm ASH Staging, which curated homes with both vintage and designer one-of-a-kind pieces.
Other homes were curated by Ironastate, known for their work at The Standard East Village, and feature bold accessories and pops of color.

The West Residence Club offers 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities across multiple levels. On the rooftop, residents can enjoy a swimming pool, sun deck, outdoor kitchen, barbecue stations, and dog run. On the third floor, there’s an indoor-outdoor fitness center designed by The Wright Fit and complete with private pilates and yoga studio. There are even two hotel-style suites residents can reserve for out-of-town guests.
According to James Lansill, the senior managing director of 547 West 47th Street, sales at the building continue to be strong. “Just walking or driving past the building, people are drawn to its commanding facade that blends old and new in an eye-catching way,” Lansill said. “We’ve found that prospects are equally, if not more, captivated by it when they visit and can see that the resort-like amenities and the residences are just as forward-looking.”
“There’s been an especially positive response to the expertly styled turnkey packages, which allow buyers the ease and convenience of purchasing a move-in-ready home with all furnishings and accessories included in the cost.”
