The much-anticipated new residential development, Eighty Clarkson, has released renderings of interiors and amenity spaces following a record-breaking year of sales. The not-yet-completed West Village condo has been kept under wraps, though quietly managing to sell over a billion dollars in volume during that time. WSJ recently featured the sought-after downtown development, reporting that a $129 million residence is currently in contract; if the sale proceeds, as 6sqft previously reported, it will set a new downtown Manhattan record.

Situated on a stunning stretch of the Hudson River, the new project was developed by Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group, with The Baupost Group. Limestone towers that reach 37 and 45 stories (about 420 and 490 feet) were designed by COOKFOX Architects, with interiors by The Office of Thierry W Despont.

Within, 112 residences will include two- to seven-bedroom homes, including penthouses, listed from $7 million up to $80 million.

Interiors showcase peerless materials and design: Features like herringbone-patterned French white oak floors frame handcrafted kitchen millwork, quartzite countertops, and appliances by Gaggenau, SubZero, and Miele.

Marble-clad bathrooms wear with polished platinum fixtures by Dornbracht. Stunning river and city views can be seen in every direction.

Throughout, landscaped terraces, loggias, and balconies provide an enviable level of outdoor riverfront living. Almost all homes have private outdoor space.

A double-height lobby provides a suitably impressive introduction for residents and guests. A secure gated entrance leading to a landscaped motor court introduces a rare level of privacy and elegance. A dedicated driver’s waiting room serves the project’s on-site parking and valet service.

Eighty Clarkson’s 50,000 square feet of amenities include an 82-foot lap pool with hot and cold plunge pools, Pilates and yoga studios, a fitness center and spa with saunas, steam and treatment rooms, a sports court for basketball and pickleball, and a golf simulator.

For less athletic pastimes, there’s a palm tree-enhanced winter garden, a library, a private residents’ restaurant, a screening room, a games room, a music room with a sound engineering booth, a content creation studio, private conference rooms, and more.

Additional storage, climate-controlled wine rooms, and private parking spaces may also be purchased. Accessory suites for staff and guests are also available.
