Located at 767 Montauk Highway in Quiogue, the Arts and Crafts-style home measures 9,000 square feet, contains eight bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths, and overlooks the serene Quantuck Bay. Dubbed Meadowcroft, the 7-acre estate is "an extraordinary example of the holistic approach to the joining of landscape and built form," as the listing describes.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen unload Tribeca condo for $37M

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have long maintained a home in New York City, but now that the NFL quarterback has taken up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they're consolidating a bit. As the Post first spotted, the couple has sold their Tribeca apartment for $36,800,000 million, according to property records. Brady and supermodel Bündchen bought the five-bedroom, 12th-floor pad in Robert A.M. Stern's 70 Vestry Street in 2018 for $25.5 million pad. Just last month, though, they bought a smaller unit on the same floor for $3.5 million, which will presumably now serve as their NYC pied-à-terre.

As was first spotted by the Wall Street Journal, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have sold one of their West Village townhouses for $15 million, according to property records. The couple bought the home on Charles Street in 2000 for just $2,995,000. This time last year, the rumor mill said that they'd been trying to sell the property off-market, as they were living in this home while construction took place combining two adjacent townhouses on West 11th Street that Parker and Broderick bought for $34.5 million in 2016.

Now, the Wall Street Journal reports that Zucker and his wife Caryn have found a buyer for the large, glitzy pad, though the buyer's identity and final sale price have not yet been made public. Billionaire art collector drops price of Montauk estate to $15.5M

Billionaire investor, art collector, and gallery owner Adam Lindemann has dropped the price of his Montauk mansion to $15.5 million. He originally listed the sprawling property in 2015 for $29.5 million. Earlier that same year, Lindemann bought another nearby property that had once belonged to Andy Warhol and was listed for $85 million. His "smaller" estate is a 7,500-square-foot, traditional wood-shingled estate that sits atop the Montauk bluffs. In addition to its incredible shoreline views and three-acre lot, the home was renovated by architect David Adjaye. The interiors are fabulous, and the grounds boast a large heated pool and jacuzzi, several covered and uncovered patios, and a private staircase leading down to a secluded cove. Adding to the selling points is that it's available fully furnished, including some of the high-end contemporary art.

An art center with immersive art exhibitions has been proposed for a landmarked former banking hall in Lower Manhattan. Culturespaces, a French museum operator, presented its plan to adapt the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank into a center of digital art to the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday. The design proposal from Woods Bagot Architects includes alterations to the landmarked interior to accommodate a ticketing area and necessary audiovisual equipment for the art center, as well as modifications to the exterior of the building.

Rule-breaking crowds could force Green-Wood Cemetery to close to public

Brooklyn's Green-Wood Cemetery threatened to close its gates last week after some visitors ignored the 478-acre-site's rules and regulations. In an email to supporters, the cemetery's president Richard Moylan said people have biked, climbed trees, and even taken flowers that were placed on graves, all actions prohibited by the organization. "The conduct of a small percentage of our visitors has created an unacceptable situation," Moylan wrote. "If things don’t change we may be left with no choice but to close our gates as many other cemeteries have done."

Jeff Bezos now owns $96M worth of apartments in Flatiron condo

Amazon behemoth and richest person in the world Jeff Bezos has been making headlines in recent weeks for his $100 million donation to U.S. food banks. He's also become $24 billion richer since the coronavirus crisis sent Amazon's stocks surging. And it looks like he's taking a very small percentage of that fortune and expanding his real estate investment in NYC. The Post reports that Bezos just dropped $16 million on an apartment in the Flatiron condo 212 Fifth Avenue. Last June, he bought three units in the building totaling $80 million, making it the largest deal to ever close in New York south of 42nd Street. Now he can create a mega-mansion in the sky.

Russian oligarch and co-owner of Moscow's Domodedovo Airport Valery Kogan and his wife Olga Kogan have put their insanely opulent Plaza apartment on the market for $45 million. The billionaire couple bought two units in the iconic building in 2007/2008 for $26 million and then combined them, according to the Wall Street Journal. The massive home that they're now trying to unload--which the listing describes as being "reminiscent of French royalty"--is dripping with gold detailing, crystal chandeliers, ornate moldings, and a master bathroom wrapped from floor to ceiling in imported onyx. It even has an alcove in one of the building's turrets.

LPC approves Rafael Viñoly’s revamp of National Academy building, but without rooftop addition

The plan to restore a historic Upper East Side townhouse and transform it into a new art gallery was partially approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission Tuesday. The neo-Renaissance townhouse at 3 East 89th Street in the expanded Carnegie Hill Historic District, as well as two connecting buildings, was formerly home to the National Academy Museum. Salon 94 owner Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn purchased the property last summer with the intention of consolidating her three art galleries at the property. Led by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the revamp includes a facade rehabilitation, new central gallery space, and a restoration of the original porte-cochere from 1915. While there was overwhelming support for the new gallery space, the LPC rejected the project's proposed sixth-floor rooftop addition, with most commissioners having issues with its bulk and visibility.
