Australian actor Hugh Jackman has bought a full-floor penthouse in Chelsea for $21,125,000. As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, the four-bedroom condo sits at the top of 100 Eleventh Avenue, an architectural icon designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel. The penthouse boasts unparalleled 360-degree views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.

The purchase comes about two months after Jackman, who is currently starring on Broadway in a revival of The Music Man, listed his huge triplex in the West Village for $38,900,000. The still-available penthouse is located at 176 Perry Street, a condo designed by well-known architect Richard Meier.

The actor’s new Chelsea pad measures roughly 4,675 square feet and includes four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The one-of-a-kind home features terrazzo floors, 14-foot ceilings, and massive wraparound windows that provide an abundance of natural light and stunning sunset views.

Plus, there’s an enclosed loggia terrace and a huge outdoor terrace with sweeping water views and space for dining and lounging.

Designed by Nouvel with Beyer Blinder Belle, 100 Eleventh Avenue was completed in 2010 and remains one of the city’s most notable buildings. The condominium contains 72 one- to four-bedroom apartments and offers an amenity package that includes a full-time doorman, fitness center, private screening room, and valet service.
