Here’s an opportunity to rent the West Village townhouse once home to Taylor Swift. Located at 23 Cornelia Street, the home was the subject of “Cornelia Street,” a song on the pop star’s seventh studio album Lover that references the iconic carriage house she rented in 2016. Currently listed for $45,000/month, the 21-foot-wide property has four bedrooms, an indoor pool, and a garage.

Constructed in 1870 as a carriage house, the home was purchased in 2005 by Soho House executive David Aldea, who transformed it into a luxury abode with its own indoor pool, garage, and a rooftop terrace with city views.

Swift rented the home for $39,500/month in 2016 while renovations were underway at an $18 million Tribeca townhouse she bought. In the song “Cornelia Street,” Swift sings, “I rent a place on Cornelia Street.”

The home is currently being rented by luxury Italian furniture company Zanotta, which has been using it as a “corporate house,” consisting of a showroom and networking space.

Entrance to the home is through one of two side doors or a drive-right-in garage which leads into the ground floor’s guest suite.

The second floor is centered around an expansive living room with high beamed ceilings, blonde wood floors, leaded glass windows, and a wood-burning fireplace with a marble hearth.

Also on this floor is the home’s kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, and a granite countertop that opens up into the dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The home’s third floor contains two separate bedroom suites, each with its own private terrace. One has an en-suite bath, a walk-in closet, custom floor-to-ceiling windows, and french doors that open onto a terrace overlooking Cornelia Street below.

Down the hall, you’ll find the grand primary bedroom, featuring high ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a marble bath with a glass-enclosed shower and skylight.

The indoor pool can be found on the home’s lower level, housed underneath towering 27-foot ceilings and measuring roughly 30 feet by 15 feet and 5.5 feet deep.

The expansive rooftop terrace has its own outdoor lounge with a fireplace and allows for grand views of surrounding Downtown Manhattan.
