Another penthouse at Williamsburg’s One Domino Square condominium looks like it may again surpass area sales records: Penthouse 3A just entered contract for $7 million. If the unit closes at that price, it will be the area’s top sale per square foot (a whopping $3,313). Another penthouse in the tallest residential tower on the Williamsburg waterfront sold for $7.7 million last year, as 6sqft reports, setting an area sponsor unit sale record.

The 2,000-square-foot tower-topping condo has a 1,000-square-foot wraparound rooftop terrace with dazzling river and city views, accessible by a spiral stair. Interiors at the turn-key residence were outfitted by Orior.

“This North Brooklyn record reflects the sustained demand for One Domino Square, and we expect the residences to sell out this year,” Jed Walentas, CEO of Two Trees Management, the property’s developer, said in a statement.
“The building continues to outperform in the market, and Domino Park adds a level of openness and neighborhood energy that’s rare in New York and meaningfully differentiates the project.”
One Domino Square includes a 39-story tower with 160 condos and a 55-story rental tower with 400 units, connected by a seven-story podium with retail and 45,000 square feet of amenities.
The building was designed by noted architect Annabelle Selldorf, with a pearlescent porcelain façade that reflects sunlight and the surrounding waterfront throughout the day. Interiors feature loft-like floor plans, tall ceilings, and dramatic water and city views.

The building’s amenities span five floors. Peerless perks are next-level, including an aquatics center that includes a swimming pool and spa, cold plunge, hot tub, steam room and sauna, and a heated outdoor pool overlooking Manhattan.
Also available are resident lounges, a media room, a children’s playroom, a private dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a BBQ grilling terrace. Domino Park and Domino Square (including an ice skating rink in winter) are just below.
Sales launched in April 2024 for One Domino Square’s one- to three-bedroom condos. The building has hit over $290 million in sales to date. An additional penthouse is still available: The $5.95 million, three-bedroom Penthouse 1C is a 2,443-square-foot duplex residence with a 674-square-foot wraparound terrace.
