The two towers which make up the Lincoln Apartments site are connected with a common courtyard. Inside, most homes feature open layouts with oversized windows, stainless steel kitchen appliances and black granite countertops.

In addition to its proximity to Prospect Park, 33 Lincoln offers residents a common roof deck, fitness center, a lounge and lots of storage. The apartments sit right next to the B and Q trains at the Prospect Park Subway stop.

Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable units at Lincoln Road Apartments until May 15, 2018. Complete details on how to apply are available here (pdf). Questions regarding this offer must be referred to NYC’s Housing Connect department by dialing 311.
