70 Greene Street is a 49-story rental in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City. Until August 31st, the leasing team is providing a $1,000 deposit and an opportunity to lock in the special 12-month rental rate for two years. The Modern-Fort Lee

Among its resort-style amenities is an outdoor pool and deck overlooking the Hudson River and Manhattan. Other offerings include ten barbecue stations, a covered dog run and pet spa, outdoor large-screen television, a “tween” lounge, children’s play area, gaming area, and fitness center with a yoga/pilates studio and basketball and volleyball courts.

Residences feature nine-foot ceilings, operable floor-to-ceiling windows with solar sunshades, Belgian white oak plank floors, and individual thermostats. For a limited time, the leasing office is offering two months free on newly signed 14-month leases.
