Qualifying New Yorkers earning 60 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, which range from $833/month studios to $1,043/month two-bedrooms.

The site was formerly occupied by the Kismet movie theater and was later converted to a two-story church that was demolished in 2008. The building, designed by Funda Durukan and Meltzer/Mandl Architects, has over 50,000 square feet of residential space. Each unit features central air conditioning, beautiful hardwood floors, and video intercoms. Additional amenities include on-site garage parking and bike storage.
