After nearly a year on the market, Bruce Willis has finally unloaded his 22-acre Westchester estate, reports the Wall Street Journal. The actor and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, first listed the property in January for $12.95 million but dropped the price to $9.4 million in August. The couple said they were selling since they planned to move back to the west coast, and they must have been quite eager, as they ultimately let it go for $7.66 million, a 41 percent discount and a big loss from the $12 million they bought it for in 2014.

The country estate is just 40 miles outside Manhattan and boasts panoramic views of the Croton Reservoir. It’s comprised of a Craftsman-style main home, a saltwater pool and pool house, vegetable garden, tennis court, and a two-car garage and additional detached garage. Also on the property are three private cottages, including a three-bedroom antique farmhouse, another three-bedroom residence, and a one-bedroom with a three-car garage.

The nearly 9,000-square-foot main house was built in 2009 and features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large screening room, playroom, and a wine cellar. Beamed, vaulted ceilings and oversized windows take advantage of the views, as does an octagonal turret room.

Two years ago, Bruce and Emma Willis sold their six-bedroom Central Park West co-op for $18 million. The next month, he picked up a slightly smaller four-bedroom pad on West End Avenue for just below $8 million.
