Act quickly: Just two one-bedroom apartments are available at a new rental building in Brookyln’s Bed-Stuy neighborhood. Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable units at 88 Hart Street until July 13, 2018. Fifty percent of units are reserved for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 3.
