Via RXR Realty
Applications are now being accepted for 73 affordable rentals in a new Brooklyn building located in the middle of Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, and Fort Greene. Developed by RXR Realty, the 12-story building at 810 Fulton Street is expected to open in 2019. Qualifying New Yorkers earning 60 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, which range from $913/month studios to $1,183/month two-bedrooms.
The 363-unit building offers street-facing retail, underground parking, and first-class amenities. Some of these features include a 24-hour concierge, on-site pet spa, landscaped courtyard, bike storage, roof terrace, fitness center, children’s room, and outdoor movie screen. Plus, all residences include in-unit washer/dryers, super tall ceilings, and oversized windows.
And the proximity to multiple subway lines is an added bonus, with the C train one block away and 11 more lines within a half mile at Atlantic Center. Fine shopping, dining, and entertainment (it sits near the BAM Cultural District) are all easy to find nearby, as the building is centrally located among some of the most bustling neighborhoods in the borough.
Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable apartments at 810 Fulton Street until December 20, 2018. Fifty percent of units are reserved for members of Brooklyn Community Board 2. Complete details on how to apply are available here (pdf). Questions regarding this offer must be referred to NYC’s Housing Connect department by dialing 311.
