Developed by Flag Luxury Group and designed by Raphael Viñoly Architects, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Nomad is 50 stories tall and has 250 guestrooms and 19 suites. The unique architecture of the building allows for stunning views of Manhattan, with all rooms facing north. As part of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, New York, Nomad, there are 16 exclusive penthouse units for sale.

At almost 500 feet above the city’s skyline and with oversized picture windows, the available residence PH42D guarantees breathtaking panoramic views of the city below and beyond. The 1,848-square-foot penthouse boasts 10-foot ceiling heights and custom interiors with white oak flooring and millwork throughout the spacious unit.

The kitchen has state-of-the-art Miele appliances, including two ovens, a stove, and storage space for wine. Other features include a large center island, backslash, and countertop made of white Quartzite, and bronzed glass cabinetry with integrated LED lighting.

The bathroom reflects the upscale nature of the Ritz, with marble floors and walls, a rain shower, a deep soaking tub, and a custom-carved double sink.

The unit comes fully furnished and with the same white-glove service as every other room in the hotel, ensuring that you never have to clean your sheets or change your bed.

Conveniently, the unit is still equipped with a washer and dryer. Residents have access to the hotel’s luxurious amenities, including a spa with steam rooms, massages, facials, and more.

Other amenities include a full-floor wellness center, a 36th-floor club lounge, event spaces, and the hotel’s concierge service.

Last month Chef José Andrés opened his new Mediterranean restaurant Zaytinya on the hotel’s ground floor with interior design by David Rockwell’s Rockwell Group. The restaurant will also provide in-room dining service for hotel guests and building residents, for whom Andrés has designed a special menu.

Zaytina is the second José Andrés restaurant within the Ritz, the first being his Spanish Bazaar restaurant which is inspired by the chef’s Spanish roots and serves both unique recipes and creative twists on classic dishes.
