The votes are in! 6sqft's 2025 Building of the Year is One Domino Square, a two-tower residential development on the southern end of Domino Park in Williamsburg. Developed by Two Trees Management and designed by Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, One Domino Square received 167 votes of the total 661 votes cast. Located on the Brooklyn waterfront at the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, the porcelain-clad towers include a 39-story condo building and a 55-story rental building, the latter of which is the tallest tower in Williamsburg.

Williamsburg ice skating rink reopens in Domino Park this November

After a successful debut last year, Williamsburg’s first waterfront ice skating rink will return this winter in Domino Park. Two Trees Management announced Monday that the 7,000-square-foot rink will open on November 10, offering New Yorkers the chance to skate with scenic views of the skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge through February 22, 2026. The rink’s popular DJ nights, holiday-themed skate events, live performances, and other seasonal activities will return, and this year it will also offer a semi-private party space for birthdays.

One Domino Square penthouse sells for $7.45M, a new sponsor sale record for Williamsburg

There's a new sponsor sale record for Williamsburg. A duplex penthouse at the new waterfront development One Domino Square is under contract for $7,450,000, developer Two Trees Management announced on Monday. The deal takes the priciest sponsor sale title from neighboring project One Williamsburg Wharf, which had a penthouse asking $7,200,000 enter contract in December.

The highest condo on the Brooklyn waterfront just hit the market for $7 million. Atop One Domino Square in Williamsburg, the penthouse takes up half of the floor and has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Designed by the acclaimed Irish brand Orior, the interiors echo the luxurious yet simplistic design of the Selldorf Architects-designed residential skyscraper and flaunt the magnificent views that stretch beyond the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines.

Rental component of One Domino Square opens lottery for 120 apartments, from $2,832/month

A housing lottery launched this week for 120 middle-income apartments at the rental portion of One Domino Square, part of the Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment in Williamsburg. The first residential project designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf, One Domino Square consists of a 39-story building with 160 condos and a 55-story building with nearly 400 rental units, the latter of which is the tallest tower in the neighborhood. The affordable apartments will be available through a lottery to New Yorkers earning 125 and 130 percent of the area median income; apartments are priced from $2,832/month for studios to $4,415/month for two bedrooms.

Sales launched this week at One Domino Square, a new residential tower within the former Domino Sugar Factory site on the Williamsburg waterfront. Developed by Two Trees Management and designed by Selldorf Architects, the building, clad in a "pearl-like porcelain tile," consists of a 39-story tower with 160 condos and a 55-story rental with 400 units, the tallest building in Williamsburg. Condos range from one- to three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $1,250,000.
