Master plan unveiled for five-tower ‘resort-style’ development on Williamsburg waterfront

An "urban-resort style" development with five new residential towers and 850 residences is coming to the Williamsburg waterfront. Naftali Group on Wednesday unveiled "Williamsburg Wharf," a 3.75-acre mixed-use development at Kent Avenue, between Division Street and South 11th Street. The multi-phase project will bring 1 million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail space--as well as a waterfront park--to 464-484 Kent Avenue. Construction on the first phase of the project is slated for completion in 2025.

Located on the Upper East Side at 200 East 83rd Street, the luxury condo launched sales in October for the building's 86 residences and soon after broke a record for priciest sale on Third Avenue when a penthouse went into contract for $27 million. Chelsea’s Seymour Condominium Tops Out with More Than Half of the Units in Contract

The Naftali Group's 12-story condominium dubbed The Seymour has topped out just six months after breaking ground. Though we've yet to see the traditional topping-out tree, a flag can be seen pitched atop the concrete frame of the building's bulkhead–a sure sign of the completion. Sales have been just as speedy with more than half of the building's 67 units in contract. According to CityRealty, there are currently nine units available on the market with an average price of $1,882 per square foot, ranging from $1.3 million for a one-bedroom unit to $3.95 million for a three-bedroom home on the 10th floor.
