Ben Stiller Buys a $15M West Village Pad at Celeb-Favorite 150 Charles Street

June 20, 2016

Ben Stiller and wife Christine Taylor are the latest A-listers to pick up a pad at the West Village‘s luxury condominium 150 Charles Street. As the Observer reports, the couple paid $15.31 million for a 3,395-square-foot, full-floor spread with gorgeous Hudson River views. They’ll be joining other big names at the address, including supermodel Irina Shayk, who bought a $6 million apartment in February, Jon Bon Jovi, who paid $12.88 million for a 10-room spread in September, and famed fashion photographer Steven Klein, who dropped $12.5 million on a unit in March.

The residence boasts 50 feet of west-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows. The eat-in kitchen comes with a 78-bottle wine fridge and coffee station and is outfitted with walnut and Alabama white vein marble.

All four of the bedrooms have en-suite baths and walk-in closets, but the master is situated in its own wing with an attached home office. The master bath has radiant heated floors, a heated shower stall, and a deep soaking tub.

Amenities in the building, which sold out during construction in 2013, include 40,000 square feet of private outdoor space, a covered driveway with full-service garage, a professional spa with a 75-foot lap pool, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center complete with yoga studio, plunge pool, dry sauna, and a juice bar.
