The votes are in! 6sqft’s 2025 Building of the Year is One Domino Square, a two-tower residential development on the southern end of Domino Park in Williamsburg. Developed by Two Trees Management and designed by Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, One Domino Square received 167 votes of the total 661 votes cast. Located on the Brooklyn waterfront at the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, the porcelain-clad towers include a 39-story condo building and a 55-story rental building, the latter of which is the tallest tower in Williamsburg.

One Domino Square had a big 2025. As of December, the building has sold over 100 residences and has closed more deals this year than any other Brooklyn property. Over the summer, a penthouse at the development sold for $7,450,000, the priciest sponsor sale ever in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, and the neighborhood’s most expensive sale by price per square foot.

Completed last year, One Domino Square, the first residential skyscraper designed by Selldorf, boasts a unique iridescent porcelain tile facade, designed to both stand out and blend in with the waterfront. Residences feature soaring ceiling heights and tilt-and-turn windows that maximize the stunning views, spanning from the Statue of Liberty to Midtown.

The two towers, containing 400 apartments and 160 condos, are connected by a seven-story podium that holds 45,000 square feet of amenities. Residents can enjoy an indoor swimming pool, a cold plunge, a fitness center, multiple lounges, an open-air solarium, a co-working space, a heated outdoor pool facing Manhattan, and more.

Another major perk is access to Domino Park, a six-acre waterfront public park, and its latest addition, Domino Square. Situated between The Refinery at Domino and One Domino Square, the one-acre plaza hosts outdoor markets and cultural performances in the summer and becomes an ice skating rink in the winter.
