New Yorkers earning 40, 60, and 130 percent of the area median income, or between $24,789 for a single person and $108,680 for a household of five, are eligible to apply for the apartments, which range from $677/month studios to $2,689/month one-bedrooms.
Amenities include a fitness center equipped with Peleton bikes, an infrared sauna, a pet-grooming station, bike storage, and an in-person and virtual doorman. Resident common spaces include a co-working area, resident’s lounge with a terrace, and a rooftop terrace with cabanas and a grilling station.
The building’s residences feature modern finishes and state-of-the-art appliances. The unit’s bedrooms feature extra-large windows with incredible views of the city, luxury flooring, and large closets. Bathrooms include quartz countertops, matte ceramic tile, and custom cabinetry.
