Silverstein Properties has just unveiled Penthouse 92 at The Brooklyn Tower at 85 Fleet Street, the borough’s tallest building and its only supertall. Listed for $16,750,000, the four-bedroom 92nd-floor condominium comprises the entire 92nd floor, a dizzying 1,000 feet above Downtown Brooklyn, with 360-degree New York City views.

Beneath 12-foot ceilings, interiors were designed by Brooklyn-based designer Susan Clark of Radnor, providing a modern, bespoke quality to the home’s 5,891 square feet of living space.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer city skyline views, while European white oak floors and custom mahogany millwork bring warmth and elegance to the home’s luxury finishes.

A magazine-worthy kitchen is outfitted with Absolute Black stone countertops, Waterworks fixtures, and fully integrated Miele appliances. The home’s living, dining, and entertaining spaces are filled with sunlight during the day, and surrounded by a panorama of city lights after dark.

The aim is to introduce Manhattan-level luxury to the borough. “Penthouse 92 introduces a level of luxury and scale that Brooklyn hasn’t seen before, and won’t come around again anytime soon,” Tricia Cole, executive managing director of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, said.

“This home at Brooklyn Tower rivals any penthouse in Manhattan with views that have never existed before, offering a perspective of its own that redefines what sky-high living is in New York City.”

State-of-the-art amenities at Brooklyn Tower will include, upon its completion, Brooklyn’s largest Life Time location. Private sky lounges and terraces on the 66th and 85th floors will join additional indoor and outdoor leisure spaces.

Brooklyn Tower rises from the historic Dime Savings Bank, with exterior architecture by SHoP Architects. Within are 398 rental units and 143 condominium residences, which begin at over 575 feet in the sky. Interiors and amenities were designed by Woods Bagot, with residences designed by Gachot Studios.

As 6sqft previously reported, the building topped out in 2021. Sales launched the following year.

Silverstein took over Brooklyn Tower’s rental, retail, and unsold condo units for $672 million last July, choosing Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the exclusive sales and marketing agency for the building as part of a relaunch effort.

Condos are currently priced from $965,000 for a studio.
