Market 57, New York City’s newest food hall, is set to open this spring at Pier 57 at 15th Street in Hudson River Park. Curated by the culinary nonprofit organization James Beard Foundation (JBF) in cooperation with developer Jamestown, the new waterfront dining destination announced its full vendor list this week.
