Seth Rogen scopes out a $3.3M East Village apartment

November 17, 2016

Seth Rogen and wife Lauren Miller are in the market for a New York pad, reports the Post. The pair were recently spotted touring a three-bedroom at 64 East First Street in the East Village. The third-floor apartment is not quite of celebrity proportions, measuring just 1,807 square feet, however, the home’s $3.3 million price tag says otherwise.

As far as exclusivity goes, the apartment is one of just six full-floor spreads in a brand new boutique residence. According to the listing, there are two bedrooms, a home office/convertible third bedroom, and two bathrooms plus powder room. The home has also been wired to use smartphone based video technology and a keyed elevator provides direct access into the space. An open-plan with a 23-by-23-foot living area and a wall of floor-to-ceiling casement windows keeps it bright and airy—as does the home’s private terrace.

The kitchen comes as one would expect: modern and decked out in top-of-the-line appliances, including a Wolf 30-inch dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero 36-inch bottom mount refrigerator, Sharp 24-inch microwave drawer, and a Bosch 24-inch dishwasher.

The Post writes that when Rogen showed up to view the apartment, he was dressed down in jeans and a tee, and was “super sweet, cool and nice”— a good fit for the relatively chill Manhattan neighborhood.
