New York Ranger Chris Kreider is selling his condo in Tribeca for $3,800,000. The power forward and alternate captain for the Blueshirts bought the apartment at 101 Warren Street with partner Francesca Gentile in 2017 but has rented at the luxury tower since 2013. The two-bedroom pad measures just over 1,600 square feet and boasts a functional, spacious layout and stunning city and water views.
According to the New York Post, the couple moved out of New York City during the pandemic. “It was our first New York City apartment,” Gentile told the newspaper. “During COVID, we moved out of the city and got two German shepherds who are enjoying their country life.”
Located on the 31st floor, the condo has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The great room boasts soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide an abundance of natural light and impressive views.
Tucked away in the entry foyer are a washer-dryer and powder room. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen features a large center island that doubles as a breakfast bar, Balsatina stone countertops, and Miele and Sub-zero appliances.
The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends and both are large enough to fit king-sized beds. The primary suite’s marble-clad en-suite bath has a double vanity, step-in shower, deep soaking tub, and heated floors.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the full-service condominium 101 Warren was completed in 2008 and contains 227 residences, a majority of which are rentals. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a brand-new fitness center with an on-site trainer, a spa, a landscaped roof deck, and an attended parking garage. Plus, there’s a convenient Whole Foods Market on the ground level.
