June 14, 2017

Meg Ryan will be joining Justin Timberlake and Jessica BielJennifer Lawrence, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and Harry Styles at Tribeca‘s “paparazzi-proof” 443 Greenwich Street. The Real Deal spotted her her trust, Third World Dog, listed as the buyer of a $9.39 million, three-bedroom unit in the building, just a month and a half after her $10.9 million Soho loft went into contract.

The 3,155-square-foot unit was last listed for $9.7 million. Apartments in the former warehouse building–converted to boutique condos by CetraRuddy Architects and developer Metro Loft Management in 2014–boast marble finishes and stainless steel details, oak parquet floors, and acid-etched glass.

What makes the building “paparazzi-proof” is its privacy-focused amenities such as a 4,00-square-foot interior courtyard, underground garage, and a porte-cochere. Other perks include a 24-hour doorman, valet and live-in manager, children’s playroom, 71-foot indoor swimming pool, 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, and a fitness center with a Turkish steam bath.

In addition to the current celeb residents mentioned above, 443 Greenwich‘s former tenants include Mike Myers and Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.

Meg Ryan listed her gorgeous Soho home–which she bought for $8 million in 2014 from fellow actor Hank Azaria–for $10.9 million back in February of this year. After a designer gut renovation and a spread in Architectural Digest, the three-bedroom home went into contract in just a few months. A self-professed real estate lover, she told Arch Digest, “I love renovating. I think it’s tied to living the actor’s life. As an actor, you are so rarely in control… But with decorating I am in control.”
