Located in Downtown Brooklyn, the 93-story Brooklyn Tower offers residences designed by award-winning Gachot Studios and over 120,000 square feet of luxury amenities, including three outdoor pools surrounding the dome of the historic Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn. Rentals start at $3,965/month for studios, $5,075/month for one-bedrooms, and $7,100/month for two-bedrooms.

Brooklyn’s tallest tower launches lottery for 120 middle-income apartments, from $2,630/month

Here's a chance to live in Brooklyn's tallest tower for (slightly) less. The 93-story Brooklyn Tower launched a housing lottery this week for 120 middle-income apartments. New Yorkers earning 130 percent of the area median income, or between $90,172 annually for a single person and $215,150 for a household of seven, can apply for the units, priced between $2,630/month for studios and $3,872/month for three bedrooms.

Sales launch at Brooklyn’s first supertall, condos priced from $875K

Brookyn's first and only supertall tower officially launched sales on Wednesday. Designed by SHoP Architects, the Brooklyn Tower is a 93-story skyscraper standing at 1,066 feet in Downtown Brooklyn. Located at 9 Dekalb Avenue, the building's 150 condo units start on the 53rd floor of the tower at an elevation of 535 feet, providing unparalleled views of the surrounding cityscape. Residences are priced from $875,000 for studios to $8 million for four bedrooms. One-bedrooms start at $1.2 million, two-bedrooms at $2.4 million, three-bedrooms at $2.95 million, and four-bedrooms at $5.9 million.

Pebble Bar to open at historic four-story townhouse at Rockefeller Center

A 19th-century townhouse once home to a beloved Irish saloon that refused to move during the construction of Rockefeller Center is getting a new life as a glamorous multi-level bar. Set to open on February 28, Pebble Bar will stretch across three floors at 67 West 49th Street, where the pub named Hurley's served New Yorkers for over 100 years. Designed by Gachot Studios, Pebble Bar features a bar overlooking Sixth Avenue, a moody 35-seat dining room with a marble-lined oyster bar, and fourth-floor flexible event space and "secret" entrance.

Get a first look inside the tallest tower in Brooklyn

After officially becoming Brooklyn's tallest building in October, the Brooklyn Tower is now showing off its sumptuous interiors. When the 1,066-foot-tall tower, the first and only supertall in the borough, opens at 9 DeKalb Avenue next year, there will be 550 total residences, with 150 condos for sales and 400 rentals. New images provide a sneak peek of the interiors designed by Gachot Studio, which was able to manipulate the tower's unique hexagonal shape for sweeping incomparable city views.

About six months after developers of One Boerum Place pivoted from condominiums to high-end rentals, new images were released this month that show off the condo-quality interiors. Developed by Avery Hall with SLCE as the architect of record, One Boerum Place rises 22 stories, contains 138 total rentals, and boasts a luxury amenity package. 6sqft got an exclusive first look at the tower's model unit, a $15,000/month four-bedroom designed by Gachot Studios and decked out by Brooklyn-based Cl-oth.

Announcing 6sqft’s 2019 Building of the Year!

The votes have been tallied, and it’s time to name the 2019 Building of the Year! The winning title belongs to none other than Nomad's Madison House at 15 East 30th Street. The 62-story tower beat out 11 other significant NYC buildings, taking first place with 1,284 votes, 34% of the 3,823 total votes cast. Not only is the building the tallest in Nomad at 805 feet, but its sleek design from Handel Architects was done in a unique decagon shape that allows all of the 199 apartments to have column-free corners. Plus, Nomad is an ever-burgeoning neighborhood full of hip restaurants, plenty of transit options, and one of the city's greatest concentrations of fitness studios.

Renderings reveal Madison Place, new 800-foot condo tower in Nomad

The anticipated 805-foot condo tower currently rising in Nomad at 15 East 30th Street—dubbed Madison House—has just unveiled a teaser website and new renderings to give us a peek of the project, inside and out. The 62-story building was designed by Handel Architects, and Gachot Studios will be helming the interior design. Having already topped out, sales are expected to launch in September, including a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences and an expansive duplex penthouse with a private terrace and elevator entry.
