“Nashville” star Hayden Panettiere has been making headlines the last couple of weeks after publicly revealing she would be seeking professional help for postpartum depression, a condition she’s suffered from, and has spoken openly about, since the birth of her first child nearly one year ago. As the actress takes time to come back into her own, The Post sends some lighthearted news that harkens back to when the star was a wee one herself. The charming Palisades, NY abode (incidentally, not far from Angelina Jolie’s childhood home) where Panettiere spent her formative years is now selling for $1.75 million.

Measuring 3,473 square feet, the home was constructed in a European style and keeps plenty of storybook details like a gabled roof, two hand-carved wood fireplaces with mosaic tiling, and a brick foot path leading to the entrance. According to the listing, there are three and a half bathrooms and a total of four spacious bedrooms—the blueprint (there’s no floor plan available) described as the “perfect layout for home office with private entry and stair access to massive office, or space could be used for additional bedroom.” There’s also currently a “huge playroom with walk-in closet on second floor [and] sun room for office or exercise room off first floor master bedroom.”

The home sits on just under an acre surrounded by woods and hiking trails, with Tallman Mountain State Park to its immediate north and the Hudson River waterfront just 10 minutes away. This particular corner of Palisades is known as Snedens Landing, a prestigious celeb filled haven that hosts names like Bill Murray, Bjork, Al Pacino and Jessica Lange.
