Jon Bon Jovi puts sprawling West Village duplex on the market for $17.25M

June 7, 2017

“Never Say Goodbye” certainly doesn’t hold true when it comes to Bon Jovi’s real estate game. Exactly two years ago, the Jersey rocker unloaded his Soho penthouse for a hefty $34 million, shortly thereafter picking up a sprawling duplex condo at new celeb-favorite 150 Charles Street for $13 million. But now, as Curbed tells us, he’s on the move again, listing the West Village pad for $17.25 million. That upgraded price tag will get you over 4,000 square feet of contemporary interiors, plus a massive 52′ x 29′ landscaped terrace and two smaller balconies.

The three/four-bedroom home wraps two corners and is bathed in light on three sides thanks to floor-to-ceiling casement windows. An entry gallery provides the option to go upstairs or down the hall to the large great room, complete with a fireplace and access to the expansive terrace.

This huge outdoor space has stunning views of the Hudson River and New Jersey, as well as One World Trade Center.

Adjacent to the custom kitchen is a dining room and media room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own private terrace, en-suite bath, and large walk-in closet.

There are two more bedrooms, both with en-suites and one with a small balcony.

Even with Bon Jovi’s imminent departure, 150 Charles Street still has its share of A-list residents. Sports Illustrated supermodel Irina Shayk bought a $6 million condo there last year (she’s now renting it for $20,000/month); Ben Stiller and wife Christine Taylor dropped $15 million on a home; and famed fashion photographer Steven Klein snapped up a $12.5 million condo. But for those looking to have their own piece of Bon Jovi, his former Soho penthouse is on the market for $38 million.
