This 18th century farmstead, known as Spy Hill, is historic on the outside but has been renovated with modern, luxurious finishes inside. Located upstate in Brewster, New York, it’s on the market for $1.95 million, CIRCA tell us. There’s the main house, decked out with fireplaces, a large outdoor terrace with a covered veranda, as well as a guest house, three-level dairy barn, workshop, yoga studio, green house and heated in-ground pool and spa, all over four acres. Talk about an impressive property.

The grounds are incredibly impressive, with a classic red barn (that adds 3,000 square feet to the property), a stunning pool and beautiful patio spaces surrounding the main house.

Stunning fireplaces and exposed wood beams were preserved as a reminder of the old farmstead, which has large, formal living and dining rooms.

As you can imagine such a large property comes with a lot of different spaces to decorate–like the wood-panelled library and a reading nook off the dining room.

There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper level of the main house. The master comes with a walk-in closet, sitting area and fireplace. There’s one more bedroom in the guest house, as well.

This home was built in 1789–pretty amazing that it’s still standing so glamorously today!
