According to TODAY, the Oscar-nominated actress has put the duplex she left for Leonard Bernstein‘s old home on the rental market, asking a cool $11,500 a month. Described by its listing as “Exceptional in every way,” the two-bedroom has been fully renovated and offers tons of luxurious finishes, and above all, a pretty sweet location in the heart of the Village.
The duplex comes fully furnished and boasts 10.5-foot ceilings on the first floor and 11-foot ceilings on the second. Light permeates the entire space thanks to generous windows and a skylight. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with top of the line appliances, and there’s also a shared roof garden if you want to dine al fresco.
Upstairs you’ll find the master suite and a smaller bedroom, the former which features city views and this gorgeous bathroom with marble floors and a soaking tub. We must say, Chastain has taste.
