    Great location. But I can’t believe $1.15 million. Probably worth $835,000 at most, imho. But there is a crazy buyer out there. As it is now staged, bed is in the way. Would be nice if Murphy bed somewhere, if kitchen and bath were switched? It just is not a good layout to warrant the 1.15 million for 400 sf.
