Gracie Abrams has purchased another unit at Greenwich Village’s 1 Fifth Avenue co-op, a year after buying a $5.5 million penthouse in the building, with plans to combine the two. The pop star paid $4.5 million for the 18th-floor penthouse, which was once two separate units and now includes one bedroom, two bathrooms, and two terraces. If combined with the other unit, Abrams' residence in the building could span five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and five terraces, according to The Real Deal.

Seagram liquor heir Eli Bronfman will be collecting $120,000 a month for his penthouse pad at 20 Greene Street while searching for a buyer, according to The Real Deal. Rudy Giuliani sells Upper East Side penthouse for under $5M

Rudy Giuliani has sold his Upper East Side penthouse for under $5 million, marking another price cut for the residence once slated to be turned over to two Georgia election officials as part of a lawsuit. As first reported by Crain's, the former New York City mayor and Trump attorney sold the three-bedroom unit at 45 East 66th Street for $4.95 million, after first listing it for $6.5 million in 2023 and later cutting the price by $1.4 million in March to $5.175 million. The penthouse was among the possessions Giuliani was ordered to surrender in October 2023 after losing the lawsuit. A settlement was reached in April 2024, allowing him to keep the home.

Billionaire Adam Neumann has once again listed his Gramercy Park penthouse, but with a new offering. The WeWork co-founder is selling his sprawling condo at 78 Irving Place for $22,750,000. While previous attempts to sell the property included the entire 7,880-square-foot combination spread, the latest listing does not include the additional smaller unit, which Neumann and his wife Rebekah plan to keep for themselves, as the New York Post reported.
