After recently snagging an $8 million triplex penthouse in Midtown East this summer, Rosie O’Donnell is now selling her massive estate in South Nyack, New York for $10.79 million. The sprawling, gated 2.4-acre compound overlooks the Hudson River and includes five separate properties, which are also available for individual sale (h/t New York Post). The main residence for sale, Rosie’s primary home, is located at 1 Gesner Avenue, currently on the market separately for $5.3 million. Built in 1906, the seven-room Dutch Colonial features two master bedrooms, fireplaces and incredible river views.
The main home at 1 Gesner Avenue boasts a spacious, open layout with oversized windows. It features a chef’s kitchen that opens onto a large deck with a saltwater hot tub, a pool with a waterfall and a Jacuzzi.
The home also includes a multi-level screening room, a tennis court and a carriage house with one bedroom. It’s equipped with a two-car detached garage and a security system.
The home at 1 Washington Avenue is listed separately for $2.2 million. As the second largest property on the estate, the pad features four bedrooms and a wraparound porch.
Separately, the three-bedroom home at 2 Washington Avenue is asking $1.99 million. This home includes a 100-foot riverside dock and of course, sweeping Hudson River views.
Other properties of the estate for sale include 4 Washington Avenue, a one-bedroom cottage for $525,000 and a three-bedroom home at 5 Washington Avenue, asking $775,000. The estate is located about 40 minutes from Midtown.
