Believe it or not, this is a story about Renée Zellweger that has nothing to do with her new appearance. The actress has listed her historic East Hampton home for $4.45 million, quite a big increase from the $2.15 million she paid for it in 2003.
Located at 30 Egypt Lane, a pretty prestigious street, the circa 1900, 2,000-square-foot farmhouse sits on almost a full acre of land with beautifully landscaped “mature gardens.”
The four-bedroom house is completely charming thanks to shingled siding, an open porch, and trellised patio.
Inside, the charm continues with a brick, wood-burning fireplace, wooden shutters, and perfectly intact hardwood floors.
The home also boasts a heated pool, two-car garage with attached loft, and private gated entrance.
This isn’t the only house Zellweger is trying to unload–she also relisted her Connecticut farmhouse in July. Seems like the actress is making all kinds of changes lately…
