This weekend, the L continues its mini shutdown and is not running between Brooklyn and Manhattan, A and S service remains confusing and limited in the Rockaways, and the G train is taking a summer vacation and going on hiatus, leaving a free shuttle bus and the F to pick up the slack. And beginning this weekend, 5 trains will stop running in a hunk of the Bronx through September.

1 trains run approximately every 16 minutes between 137 St and 242 St. The last stop for alternate trains headed toward Van Cortlandt Park is 137 St – transfer there to go further north.

No 2 trains between 135 St and E 180 St – free shuttle buses provide alternate service. 2 service operates between Flatbush Av and 135 St and then via the 3 to/from 148 St, the last stop.

3 trains run express from Utica Av to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr stopping at Franklin Av.

Woodlawn-bound 4 trains run express from Utica Av to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr stopping at Franklin Av. Woodlawn-bound 4 trains run express from Brooklyn Bridge to Grand Central-42 St stopping at 14 St-Union Sq.

5 trains run every 20 minutes between Bowling Green and 149 St-Grand Concourse. Until September 2, 5 trains will not run between 149 St-Grand Concourse and E 180 St – free shuttle buses provide alternate service. Bronx-bound 5 trains skip 138 St-Grand Concourse.

Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains run express from Brooklyn Bridge to Grand Central-42 St stopping at 14 St-Union Sq. Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains run express from Hunts Point Av to Parkchester.

Hudson Yards-bound 7 trains skip 111, 103, 90, 82, 74, 69, 52, 46, 40 and 33 Sts.

Inwood-bound A trains skip 81, 96, 103 and 116 Sts.

168 St-bound C trains skip 81, 96, 103 and 116 Sts.

L trains run approximately every 24 minutes between Broadway Junction and Rockaway Pkwy.

Downtown D trains skip 170 St. No D trains between 34 St-Herald Sq – free shuttle buses provide alternate service. D trains skip Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av and 25 St.

Coney Island-bound F trains run via the E from Roosevelt Av to Canal St and via the A to Jay St-MetroTech.

Essex St-bound M trains skip Flushing Av, Lorimer St and Hewes St.

Astoria-bound N trains run via the R from 36 St to Canal St.

96 St-bound Q trains run via the R from DeKalb Av to Canal St.

No J trains between Crescent St and Jamaica Center. Broad St-bound J trains skip Flushing Av, Lorimer St and Hewes St.

No G trains running – free shuttle buses make all stops between Court Sq and Hoyt-Schermerhorn.

Per the whims of the MTA, there will probably be other problems, and the problems stated above are subject to change and worsen.
