Qualifying New Yorkers earning 130 percent of the area median income can apply for the one-bedroom apartments for $2,270/month.
The building’s amenities include a bike room, on-site laundry room and a recreation room. The closest subway is a five-minute walk to the 4 and 6 trains at the 116th Street station.
