Steven "Little Steven" Van Zandt, musician and longtime guitarist in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band (also known for his role as Silvio Dante in "The Sopranos"), is selling his penthouse condo in a converted Romanesque Revival church at 135 West 4th Street. Barrymore purchased the expansive property at 19 Winfield Avenue for $4.4 million in 2024 and spent two years revamping the estate and its three homes, curating every detail of each dwelling as part of her Beautiful by Drew design brand. The actor, producer, and talk show host decided to sell the property due to changing family needs. "We set up in the Russian Tea Room with some guy that nobody knew named Andy Cohen,” he said. The show, rebranded as "The Real Housewives of New York City,” would become a cornerstone of the Bravo reality TV phenomenon. Sicari has stayed for the ride. "It’s been a nice, really unexpected, beautiful twist in my career," he said.

Pink bought a yellow Greenwich Village townhouse. The pop star paid $21.5 million for the historic six-story home at 125 West 11th Street, as the Wall Street Journal first reported. Built in 1849, the cheerfully painted Greek Revival mansion has served as a haven for artists for over a century, most recently the same family for 70 years. Following a three-year renovation, the roughly 7,900-square-foot home first hit the market for $25 million in 2024 before being reduced by $3.5 million last fall.
