As first reported by the New York Post, the former couple’s home at 381 Union Street has sold with a last asking price of $7.3 million after hitting the market for nearly $8 million in October. The 22-foot-wide brownstone was fully renovated by architect Ben Bischoff of MADE and features a distinctive interior by AD100 designer Billy Cotton, as 6sqft previously reported.

Amy Schumer paid $6.25M for Central Park West condo

After a short stint in Brooklyn, Amy Schumer is back on the Upper West Side. The comedian and actress recently sold her Brooklyn Heights townhouse for $11 million, with plans to move back to Manhattan to be close to her son's school. As the New York Post first reported, Schumer bought a corner condo unit at 279 Central Park West for $6,250,000 about a year ago. The three-bedroom condo offers Central Park views from every room, most notably in the 36-foot-long living room.

As first reported by the New York Post, Lindor paid $21.2 million for a penthouse at 200 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side. The All-Star shortstop first entered a contract for Penthouse 5, a 5,300-square-foot residence with six bedrooms, last December.

As first reported by the New York Post, the Latin music icon parted ways with his four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence at 170 East End Avenue in Yorkville. Martin purchased the home in 2012 for $5.9 million and first listed it in 2017 for $8.4 million.

Amy Schumer has sold her Brooklyn Heights townhouse for $11 million, well below its original asking price. City records filed Thursday show the actress and comedian took a $1.25 million loss on the property. Schumer first listed the iconic 19th-century home at 19 Cranberry Street—featured in the 1987 film "Moonstruck"—for $14 million in March, after purchasing the property with her husband, Chris Fischer, for $12.25 million in 2022. In July, the asking price was reduced by $1.25 million.

As first reported by the New York Post, the swanky Georgian red-brick townhouse at 80 Washington Place was the site of rigged poker games run by the Gambino crime family starting in 2019, which allegedly used professional basketball stars to lure high rollers and netted millions of dollars in winnings. Before its stint as a gambling den, the property was rented by Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, and has been on and off the market for more than a decade before finding an undisclosed buyer last year.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter is the latest celebrity to scoop up a home in a Tribeca landmark. The singer-songwriter paid $9,950,000 for a duplex penthouse at 108 Leonard Street, as first reported by The Real Deal. Designed in the 1890s by McKim, Mead & White, the Beaux-Arts building served as the headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company and has been recently restored by Jeffrey Beers International and converted into luxury condos. Carpenter, who is currently touring behind her new album "Man's Best Friend," bought the home from Cassandra Grey, founder of beauty brand Violet Grey.

Rudy Giuliani has sold his Upper East Side penthouse for under $5 million, marking another price cut for the residence once slated to be turned over to two Georgia election officials as part of a lawsuit. As first reported by Crain's, the former New York City mayor and Trump attorney sold the three-bedroom unit at 45 East 66th Street for $4.95 million, after first listing it for $6.5 million in 2023 and later cutting the price by $1.4 million in March to $5.175 million. The penthouse was among the possessions Giuliani was ordered to surrender in October 2023 after losing the lawsuit. A settlement was reached in April 2024, allowing him to keep the home.

A Fifth Avenue co-op once owned by Hollywood legends Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward just sold for 40 percent above its asking price following a bidding war. As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, the classic six at 1120 Fifth Avenue sold for roughly $14 million after it was listed for $9,950,000 in December. More than 50 prospective buyers toured the home, resulting in nearly a dozen offers, including one above $14 million that the Newman family declined because the buyer intended to use it as a pied-a-terre—something the co-op board was unlikely to approve.
