After nearly four years on the market, Ivana Trump's opulent Lenox Hill townhouse has finally sold, fetching much less than its original $26.5 million listing price. The five-story home at 10 East 64th Street sold for $14 million, according to property records and first reported by the Wall Street Journal, down from its initial 2022 ask. Ivana purchased the home for roughly $2.5 million in 1992, shortly after her divorce from Donald Trump. The property was first listed following Ivana's death in 2022, as 6sqft previously reported.

As first reported by the New York Post, the former couple’s home at 381 Union Street has sold with a last asking price of $7.3 million after hitting the market for nearly $8 million in October. The 22-foot-wide brownstone was fully renovated by architect Ben Bischoff of MADE and features a distinctive interior by AD100 designer Billy Cotton, as 6sqft previously reported.

Amy Schumer paid $6.25M for Central Park West condo

After a short stint in Brooklyn, Amy Schumer is back on the Upper West Side. The comedian and actress recently sold her Brooklyn Heights townhouse for $11 million, with plans to move back to Manhattan to be close to her son's school. As the New York Post first reported, Schumer bought a corner condo unit at 279 Central Park West for $6,250,000 about a year ago. City records filed Thursday show the actress and comedian took a $1.25 million loss on the property. The singer-songwriter paid $9,950,000 for a duplex penthouse at 108 Leonard Street, as first reported by The Real Deal. Rudy Giuliani has sold his Upper East Side penthouse for under $5 million, marking another price cut for the residence once slated to be turned over to two Georgia election officials as part of a lawsuit. As first reported by Crain's, the former New York City mayor and Trump attorney sold the three-bedroom unit at 45 East 66th Street for $4.95 million, after first listing it for $6.5 million in 2023 and later cutting the price by $1.4 million in March to $5.175 million.
