A huge mixed-use development in Upper Manhattan brings together mixed-income housing, a new performing arts space, and lots of green space to a single project. Taking up a full block on West 206th Street in Inwood, the Miramar is home to nearly 700 apartments, 85,000 square feet of amenities, and the future permanent home for the immigrant-centered People's Theatre.
