The current owners of the Upper West Side townhouse at 144 West 82nd Street took on a careful renovation that they’re hoping will appeal to a new buyer. The 6,193-square-foot residence was transformed into a grand single-family home, with impressively restored, ornate interior details paired with modern appliances and perks like a wine room and elevator. Bedrooms on the fourth and fifth floors are all separated by their own bathrooms. One has access to its own terrace.
