Located between Fifth Avenue and University Place in Greenwich Village, Washington Mews is a private cobblestone street, lined with two-story carriage houses. The three-bedroom property at 64 Washington Mews, which dates to the 1840s, has been renovated, but maintains "the integrity of its rich past," according to the listing. It's asking $10,475,000.
