Ivana Trump’s Lenox Hill townhouse sells for $14M, nearly half its original asking price

After nearly four years on the market, Ivana Trump's opulent Lenox Hill townhouse has finally sold, fetching much less than its original $26.5 million listing price. The five-story home at 10 East 64th Street sold for $14 million, according to property records and first reported by the Wall Street Journal, down from its initial 2022 ask. Ivana purchased the home for roughly $2.5 million in 1992, shortly after her divorce from Donald Trump. The property was first listed following Ivana's death in 2022, as 6sqft previously reported.

The five-story Upper East Side townhouse owned by Ivana Trump got another price chop, with the property now nearly one-third cheaper than its initial 2022 asking price. As first reported by CityRealty, the residence at 10 East 64th Street is now listed for $17.9 million, down from its original ask of $26.5 million and following a $4 million reduction in September 2023 after a year on the market. Ivana, who died in 2022, purchased the home in the early 1990s for roughly $2,500,000 following her divorce from Donald Trump, as 6sqft previously reported.

Ivana Trump's five-story limestone townhouse on the Upper East Side just got a big price cut after being on the market for nearly a year. The estate of the late businesswoman, who was found dead in the home last July, listed the property at 10 East 64th Street last November for $26,500,000. Last week, as CityRealty notes, the Lenox Hill home listed for $22,500,000, a price cut of $4 million. Ivana purchased the townhouse in the early 1990s for around $2,500,000 following her divorce from Donald Trump, as 6sqft previously reported.

Trump, who was found dead at her home in July, bought the property at 10 East 64th Street in the early 1990s for roughly $2,500,000 following her divorce from Donald Trump and decorated it in an over-the-top opulence. As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, the estate of the late businesswoman is selling the townhouse for $26,500,000, with the furniture up for grabs, if the buyer is interested.
