The apartment, which was being described as “easy breezy” and “Hamptons/California-style beachy” when it was listed in July, went to investment exec Nicolas de Croisset who recently tied the knot in a lavish beachside wedding in Greece with Vogue’s Phoebe de Croisset. The listing, which is not yet public, is held by Stribling and describes a 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op at postwar building 45 West 10th Street. Roberts bought the penthouse apartment for $3,895,400 in 2010 and now hopes to get $4.5 million for it.
Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter has just sold her Greenwich Village apartment, according to city records. The thespian put her Fifth Avenue apartment on the market in February, asking $8.7 million. The final sale price was $7.6 million.
