The famous singer-model duo has picked up a $60,000/month penthouse, which spans three levels and includes over 1,000 square feet of private outdoor space, as the New York Post reported. Due to its emphasis on privacy (it claims to be “paparazzi-proof” and includes an underground parking garage), A-listers like Jake Gyllenhaal, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, and Jennifer Lawerence all call the luxury property home.
