After listing her townhouse co-op in the West Village for $2.75 million last September, supermodel and philanthropist Karlie Kloss has found a buyer at the slightly reduced price of $2,382,609, reported CityRealty. The three-bedroom triplex at 151 Charles Street is chic and contemporary and has both a front garden and a second-floor terrace. Kloss bought it in 2012 for $1,975,000. She and husband Josh Kushner sold their Nolita apartment for $6.6 million last August.

After the fallout from a failed IPO and subsequent stepping down from the company, WeWork founder and former CEO Adam Neumann has been slowing unloading his real estate empire. The latest listing is for his three-floor Gramercy penthouse at 78 Irving Place. He and wife Rebekah Paltrow Neumann bought three units in the pre-war condo (that’s half of the total units in the building) in 2017 for a total of $35 million and then embarked on a major combination and remodel.

Demi Moore may have sold her remarkable apartment in the San Remo at 145 Central Park West for $45 million in 2007–two years after first attempting to sell at a whopping $75M–but the rare penthouse in one of the venerable building’s two beaux-arts towers is still a star. And the south tower triplex is for sale again, this time asking $50 million, the Wall Street Journal reports. As if the 8,000-square-foot sky mansion didn’t have enough of its own cachet, neighbor Bono–who bought his apartment from Steve Jobs–can always add more. The seller is known only via the LLC “M2 Trust.”

The 14-room penthouse occupying the top three floors of one of Fifth Avenue’s finest prewar co-op buildings is simply divine.
