For $6K/month, a trendy loft studio with a piano in Williamsburg’s popular Mill Building

A loft in Williamsburg’s popular Mill Building at 85 North 3rd Street—just a few blocks from the waterfront—is now available to rent for $6,000 a month. The trendy abode has all the details loft lovers look for: soaring 15-foot ceilings, exposed brick, wood columns and beams, and large windows. The open layout is currently set up as a studio, but with over 1,000 square feet there's plenty of space to play around with. The apartment can come fully furnished or vacant—the only permanent fixture is the Yamaha upright piano next to the kitchen, making this pad extra sweet for musicians.

For the first time, Williamsburg’s ‘House on a Roof’ hits the market for $3M

Offered by the original owners, this truly one-of-a-kind penthouse atop Williamsburg's Mill Building has been dubbed the “House on the Roof,” but it could easily be mistaken as a luxurious mountaintop chalet. The red-roofed two-bedroom penthouse is wrapped in glass that opens to a massive rooftop terrace complete with a full kitchen setup. And it's now asking $2.85 million.

An upscale renovation transformed this $3.75M Williamsburg loft with a dramatic wall of glass

Gritty artist loft this is not--a high-end renovation for this pad in the Mill Building, located at 85-101 North 3rd Street in Williamsburg, left it feeling more like a luxury condo. (The $3.75 million price tag, too, befits a luxury listing.) While the former warehouse's exposed wood ceiling beams remain, new additions include a fancy kitchen with marble finishes, custom push button light switches throughout, and a sleek, glass-walled office space.

$770K Industrial Carroll Gardens Loft Is in a Converted 1938 Jute Factory

You might not associate Carroll Gardens with industrial loft buildings, but rather with quaint brick row houses and the charming landscaped front gardens that give the neighborhood its name. But the Mill Building at 376 President Street is a fine example of the former (There's a building by the same name in Williamsburg that was once home to supermodel Agyness Deyn, if you're confused). Similar to Park Slope's Ansonia Court, which so many love for its rustic, almost-gritty Brooklyn factory charm, this 55-unit former jute factory offers a rare warmth and period details unique to this kind of converted industrial building. It's no less a modern condo though, with an elevator, parking and central A/C. This compact one-bedroom loft, asking $770,000–it last sold for $440,000 in 2012–has been updated with custom interiors that make the best of the apartment's factory bones.

Gorgeous Renovated Loft in Williamsburg’s Mill Building Asks $2.7M

There’s an exquisite loft in Williamsburg’s historic Mill Building available for $2.65 million. The one-bedroom stunner stands out from the rest with sumptuous upgrades contrasted with original detail like restored wide-plank floors and prewar beams. True, some of the fun, quirky elements—like the Warhol-esque paintings on the red wall and the trendy furniture—don’t come with the condo, but it’s still the perfect blend of character and luxury.
