You can book a ‘Game of Thrones’ inspired suite at this Midtown hotel

A hotel near Bryant Park wants to up your "Game of Thrones" viewing party game. The Refinery Hotel, located on West 38th Street, has created "Lannister's Lair," a suite designed for the biggest GOT fans. Starting at $569 per night, the room comes equipped with fur throws, "Dragon egg" candles, and a themed room service menu that would make even George R.R. Martin proud.

Limited-edition ‘Game of Thrones’ MetroCards launch today at Grand Central

After a slight delay, limited edition "Game of Thrones"-themed MetroCards will be available starting today at Grand Central Terminal. The MetroCards are part of a larger #ForTheThrone campaign in anticipation of the series' final season debuting sometime in April 2019. The MTA partnered with HBO for the "Game of Thrones" takeover at Grand Central, which includes more than 150 promotional posters that will remain at the station through Dec. 23, as Gothamist reported.

‘Game of Thrones’ star Michiel Huisman conquers $2.2M Flatiron loft

Dutch actor Michiel Huisman, well-known for his role as rugged lover/fighter Daario Naharis on HBO's "Game of Thrones," has purchased a big, sunny corner loft in the Macintyre Building at 874 Broadway in the Flatiron district for $2.2 million, according to Luxury Listings and city records. Like the character Huisman portrays, the two-level loft is charmingly rough at the edges yet undoubtedly handsome.
