It’s been a busy summer for superstar couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z. The twosome recently purchased an LA estate for $88 million in August and shortly after they bought a home on East Hampton’s Georgica Pond for nearly $26 million. Adding to their real estate hustle, Beyoncé just sold her apartment at 151 East 58th in Midtown East for $9.95 million, as the New York Post reported. The 44th-floor pad is located at One Beacon Court, the exclusive Manhattan skyscraper with a Pantheon-inspired elliptical court. Beyoncé’s former pad features three bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of Central Park.

East Hampton’s “Pond House,” located on the exclusive Georgica Pond and adjacent to a 17-acre meadow preserve, sat on the market for eight long years, despite the fact that it was built by famed classical architect Standford White and features luxe offerings like an infinity pool, outdoor dining area, and hand-carved heated marble bathtubs. But in July, the 12,000-square-foot home finally went into contract for $25,925,000, and Behind the Hedges has now gotten word that the buyers are none other than Beyoncé and Jay-Z. The power couple rented a similarly grand Hamptons home in the summer of 2012, paying $400,000 to spend the month of August there and film a music video. No word yet on whether their new purchase will get the same public attention, but it’s certainly worthy.

Whether you’re “Crazy in Love” or getting together with your “Single Ladies,” this lavish Bridgehampton mansion might very well be the perfect summer escape. Queen Bey and Jay-Z, perhaps in happier times, rented the home known as the Sandcastle in 2012, and it’s now being offered for the month of July (h/t LL NYC). The steep $1 million price tag will get you 12 bedrooms, a huge heated pool, a full bar and disco area, and a spa complete with a sauna and massage area. And if you like to keep active, there’s a bowling alley, virtual golf, rock climbing wall, sunken Olympic-sized tennis court, racket ball court and a skateboard half pipe.

That’s what a Brooklyn Bridge Park security guard is saying. The luxury condo building Pierhouse, which is located in the Brooklyn Heights park, has become notorious for the controversy surrounding its height, but now the conversation has turned to its potentially famous new residents, as the guard let the news slip to a long-time local who then spilled the beans to everyone at a community meeting.

Though Tribeca has long been considered a haven for artists, this tends to refer to those in the visual arts, thanks to the neighborhood’s chill vibes and spacious loft apartments. But over the last two decades, some of the world’s most famous pop musicians have been gobbling up real estate on its cobblestone streets. From Katy Perry and Taylor Swift to Chris Martin and Justin Timberlake, the hit makers can’t get enough of Tribeca.

According to the New York Daily News, Beyonce was spotted apartment hunting this week, without hubby Jay Z, for what some are speculating could be her new bachelorette pad. The luxurious home that seems to have caught Bey’s eye is this incredible 4,054-square-foot square penthouse located at 520 West 19th Street, which comes with not only a 20-foot dining room and libraries, but a stunning 642-square-foot private terrace that runs the full length of the apartment and looks out to a dazzling array of city sights—a birds-eye view of the Empire State Building among them.

The Soho home where Beyonce shot the video ‘Halo‘ is still renting for $80K a month — putting it out of reach of just about all of us. Though broker photos are aplenty across the nets, 6sqft got to explore the private home last fall on Dwell magazine’s City Modern Tour.
The 5-story structure, renovated by Asfour Guzy, is touted as one of New York’s most unique properties, and it’s no wonder why: This former Con Ed station boasts everything from a huge verdant terrace to 19-foot ceilings, and even a 007-like indoor pool that we bet B took a dip in.
