Located at 975 Tiffany Street, the rental features a fitness center, a community facility, bike storage, and a laundry room. Qualifying New Yorkers earning 30, 40, 50, 60, and 100 percent of the area median income can apply for the apartments, ranging from a $471/month one-bedroom to a $1,200/month three-bedroom.
