We’re not quite sure what we want to call it yet, but we’re thinking something like woodsman chic or garage chic. Either way, we’re thinking if the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were real, they would gladly shell out the $1.8 million asking price for this unit at 49 Howard Street.
