The two-bedroom loft condo formerly owned by “America’s Next Top Model” creative director Jay Manuel has just resurfaced on the market for $3,250,000. The Canadian TV presenter and author, who was also a host of “Canada’s Next Top Model,” bought the 2,269-square-foot home in the Chelsea Mercantile at 252 Seventh Avenue with his partner, Alton Johnson, in 2000; the couple sold the condo in 2011.

A two-bedroom condo in Chelsea once owned by boy band star Lance Bass hit the market this week for $2.5 million, as first reported by the New York Post. Located in celebrity-magnet Chelsea Mercantile, the renovated condo loft at 252 Seventh Avenue measures just over 1,300 square feet. The NSYNC member bought the apartment for $1.49 million in 2010; current owner Ellen Kroner picked it up in 2013 for $2.13 million.

Famed chef and Food Network personality Bobby Flay has had a tough time unloading his Chelsea Mercantile duplex since splitting with his ex-wife, “Law & Order: SVU” actress Stephanie March. He originally listed the sprawling home a year ago for $7.95 million, then added the option to rent it for $22,500/month in January, followed by a $1 million price chop in May. But the Post reports today that the Iron Chef has finally found a renter to take the pad off his hands.

This 1,500 square-foot modern loft in the Chelsea Mercantile building at 252 Seventh Avenue, with interiors by popular decorator and current owner Anthony Baratta, has at its center a 600-square-foot living room, making it the perfect home if you entertain regularly; a wall of windows in said living room also makes for an easy upgrade if you’d prefer to add another bedroom instead. That, plus the popular building’s impressive landscaped roof deck and celebrity cachet have undoubtedly figured into its $2.995 million ask.

After a very public divorce from “Law & Order: SVU” star Stephanie March, famed chef and television personality Bobby Flay is unloading his duplex at the Chelsea Mercantile, which very appropriately has a Whole Foods in the building (you might remember Katie Holmes getting her own private entrance to the store when she lived here). As Curbed notes, the $7.95 million sprawling duplex’s listing touts its “spectacular open kitchen designed with and for a PROFESSIONAL CHEF.” Flay reportedly got the apartment, as well as the former couple’s Amangansett home, as part of the divorce settlement, but now it’s time for another chef to sharpen their knives in the pad.

Lots of changes are in store for hockey player Scott Gomez. Not only is he currently a free agent, but he’s put his 2,062-square-foot Chelsea penthouse on the market for $23,000 a month. The three-bedroom duplex condo at the Chelsea Mercantile, 252 Seventh Avenue, is available fully furnished, and Gomez has outfitted the pad with a mix of colorful contemporary pieces and bachelor pad-esque décor.
Whoever inks the lease for this apartment will follow in the footsteps of Nick Jonas and Marc Jonas, both former renters of the unit. The building also boasts Katie Holmes as a resident.
